Word - Let one of your neighbors know that you appreciate them. Give them two specific examples so the gratitude has meaning and depth. Choose the best method. Face to face, note, etc.

Deed - Look for a way to serve your immediate neighbors this week…make or order them a treat with a note of thankfulness.

Let's pray

God, I thank you for the amazing love that You have shown to metoday and always. I pray that I can love others in my life especially my neighbors in the same way. Please help me by the power of Your Spirit to prioritize people in my life. Help me to make time to say hello, to slow down, stop and listen. May I see the ways you would want me to help others who are in need, and may my actions be an extension of the love of Jesus. In Your Holy name - Amen.
