Spiritual Gifts defined: supernatural power given to individuals, at the sole discretion of the Holy Spirit, for the purpose of fulfilling the mission of the Church and for the good of others.
1. Discover Your Gift, because that is part of your identity in Christ and the work of the Holy Spirit. (1 Cor 12:1-3)
3 Categories:
a. Motivational Gifts (1 Cor 12:4) (Romans 12:3-8)
b. Ministry Gifts ((1 Cor 12:5) (Eph 4:11-13, 1 Cor 27-31)
c. Manifestation Gifts (1 Cor 12:6) (1 Cor 12:7-11)

2. Desire Your Gift, to love like Jesus. (1 Cor 14:1)
3. Develop Your Gift, to fulfill God’s mission. (1 Cor 12:7)
