Story: American Express had a commercial that had the slogan "Don't leave home without it." Intimating that the benefits of that card would come in handy wherever you went. When we look at prayer, do we have that same attitude and appreciation? Why or why not? Like credit cards, prayer has its rewards or perks. So don't leave home without it.                                                                                                            

What prayer gives:

God's perspective (see the world through His eyes),

God's power (strength when we are weak),

His presence (spiritual reality while here on earth)
